1. How do I register my business with the state?: You can register your business by clicking here.

2. How much does it cost for a business license?: $43 for each owner and $13 for each full-time employee

3. How much does it cost for a State of Utah business license?: That is dependent upon what kind of business you are starting (i.e. sole proprietor, partnership, etc). For more information click here.

4. What type of incentives are offered?: Depends on what you are capable of bringing to Iron County and Utah. For more information, visit Utah Governor's Office of Economic Development.

More than likely, depending on your type of business and your location, you may be subject to specific codes/ordinances.
