Cedar City's Heritage Center is a 40,000 square
foot facility consisting of the Heritage Theater and the
Festival
Hall Conference Center. The Heritage Center is also the site of
the Cedar City Art Gallery, which features works by local artists
as well as the City's permanent collection of modern art.
The Heritage Theater plays host to a wide variety
of performing arts events, and is home to Cedar City Music Arts,
the Orchestra of Southern Utah, and the Neil Simon Festival. The
theater can accommodate nearly 1,000 patrons and can be rented by
local groups to host a wide variety of functions. The Grand Lobby,
with its two story dual staircase, is a favorite among local brides
for wedding receptions.
Festival Hall is a state of the art
facility with the latest audio/visual equipment, wireless high
speed internet, eight meeting rooms of various sizes and is
directly connected to a parking terrace with over 400 parking
stalls. Festival Hall is also equipped with a commercial grade
kitchen for catered events.
