Cedar Livestock Heritage Festival held at the Cross Hollow Events Center (West of Cedar City on Hwy 56), features a livestock parade, historic and modern sheep camps, wagons, horses, antique tractors, concerts, entertainment, a stock dog demonstration, vendors and a Dutch oven cook-off.
